UML General Congress: Voting completes with 2227 votes cast

Kathmandu, Dec 18: A total of 2,227 delegates have voted in the election that took place for a new leadership of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML). The voting took place under the 11th National Congress of the party underway in the federal capital.

The party's Central Election Commission Vice Chair Sanuraj Pokharel shared that the voting concluded at the Congress venue, Bhrikutimandap with a total of 2,227 of 2,263 delegates casting their vote. . According to him, 36 people abstained from the voting.
