'Provincial structures should be made robust'

Baitadi, Jan 4: Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah has said that the provincial structures should be made robust adding that the implementation part was weak through rights were shared among the three layer of government in current federal setup.
