Nepal's Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens Lists 10 'Won't Do' Actions

Kathmandu. Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Sita Badi, has publicly announced a list of 10 things she 'will not do' while in office.

Writing on social media on Tuesday, Minister Badi clarified that during her tenure, she will not hire anyone, make appointments, or facilitate transfers-promotions based on kinship, relationships, or acquaintances. She has pledged not to misuse power and to disregard any recommendations that go against the law. Specifically, she mentioned that she will make no effort to shield or protect individuals involved in serious crimes such as drug trafficking, fraud, or smuggling from legal action.
