Yeti Brewery IPO deal

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Jan. 18: Yeti Brewery Limited has appointed NIMB Ace Capital Limited as the portfolio manager for issuing Initial Public Offering through the book-building method. The agreement regarding the issue of shares has been signed by Sanjeev Saraf, Managing Director of Yeti Brewery Limited and Sachindra Dhungana, General Manager on behalf of NIMB Ace.
