The 'World Book of Records, London' based in the United Kingdom has bestowed this honor in recognition of Dr. Phuyal's pioneering contribution to the field of neuro-intervention.

Dr. Phuyal has been awarded this honor for demonstrating excellence in life-saving surgical services through the 'pinhole' technique.
