Two passengers apprehended with approximately NPR 2.7 million in unaccounted cash at Biratnagar Airport

Morang. Police have apprehended two passengers with approximately 2.7 million rupees of undisclosed source over a period of two days during security checks at Biratnagar Airport.

Passengers of different airlines who were about to travel to Kathmandu by plane from Biratnagar were found with illegal cash hidden inside their bags. According to the District Police Office, Morang, one Nepali and one Indian citizen have been arrested.
