UNICEF: 17,000 Children Severely Affected by Nepal Floods

Kathmandu. At least 17,000 children's lives have been severely affected by the devastating floods in Nepal, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has stated.

According to UNICEF, the floods have damaged the homes, schools, roads, and other basic infrastructure of the affected children. The organization has stated that approximately 10,000 children require immediate assistance to continue their education.
