Jhapa to have 500-bed hospital

JHAPA, September 17: Construction of a 500-bed hospital at Kamal Rural Municipality in Jhapa district has been started aimed at ensuring accessible health care to the people there. The hospital Management has planned to bring Bhrikuti Hospital into operation within a year.

Hospital’s Chairman Buddhiman Thapa said, “Hospital’s services will begin starting 100 beds and we will upgrade to 500 beds after its expansion.”
