KATHMANDU: The three substations under the Modi-Lekhnath Transmission Line and Substations Project, being financed under Government of India (GoI)’s Line of Credit of USD 250 million (LOC II), were inaugurated Monday in Laha Chowk, Kaski district, Nepal.
