The Parsa court’s warrant follows similar orders from courts in Kaski, Rupandehi, Kathmandu and Chitwan.
An arrest warrant has been issued in Birgunj, Parsa, against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President and former home minister Rabi Lamichhane and 13 other individuals.
