Congress Expresses Disagreement with Chief Justice Appointment Recommendation

Kathmandu. The main opposition party, Congress, has expressed institutional disagreement with the recommendation for the appointment of the Chief Justice. Party spokesperson Devraj Chalise has expressed disagreement with the recommendation for the appointment of the Chief Justice by issuing a statement.

In the statement, Congress has expressed serious disagreement with the recently issued ordinance related to the Constitutional Council and the decision-making process inherent in it.
