Fonepay announces 19 percent cash dividend, plans public share issuance

The announcement was made during the company’s 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Kathmandu on Monday.

Fonepay Payment Service Ltd. has announced a 19 percent cash dividend on its paid-up capital for shareholders and plans to issue shares to the general public.
