Government Invites Applications for National Cooperative Regulation Authority Positions

Kathmandu. The government has invited applications for the posts of Chairman and Expert Member of the National Cooperative Regulation Authority. Applications have been invited from interested Nepali citizens in accordance with the 'Cooperative Act 2074' and the 'Criteria for Recommendation for the Post of Chairman and Expert Member of the Authority 2083'.

According to the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, candidates for the post of Chairman must have at least a Master's degree in Economics, Commerce, Management, Accounting, Law, or Cooperatives. Similarly, the qualification requires having worked in a gazetted special class or equivalent post of the Nepal Government or having at least 15 years of work experience in an international or national level bank, financial institution, or cooperative institution.
