Four Missing in Bhote Koshi Flood Cremated in Kathmandu

Humla. Effigies of four people from Humla who went missing in the Bhote Koshi flood in Rasuwa have been cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat in Kathmandu. Seven people from Humla had gone missing in the flood that occurred on Bhadra 10.

Four of them were cremated with effigies made according to Hindu religious customs by their relatives on Bhadra 23, coinciding with the 13th day of their passing. Those cremated include Anita Rawat, Janak Budha, Kabita Budha, and Riyansa Budha.
