Correspondence not to implement SC decision on border of the river banks

Kathmandu, Dec 12: The Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers has sent a communiqué to stakeholders not to implement the Supreme Court's decision to establish an additional 20-meter border on the right and left banks of the Bagmati River and its tributaries.
