Security With Human Face

Understanding security through the lens of classical realism has changed significantly as we have entered the first quarter of the digitalised twenty-first century. The people readily applaud no conventional approach to managing security. Whether liberalism or constructivism, if perspectives on security management are not adapted to the voices raised by people in the Third World, the security dilemma will remain a barrier to national development.
