Over 63,000 passengers travel through Tribhuvan International Airport in two days of Dashain

Earlier, on September 30, a record 559 flights operated in a single day, with 35,704 passengers travelling.

More than 63,000 passengers travelled via Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) over the two main days of the Dashain festival. On October 10 (Fulpati) and October 11 (Maha Ashtami/Maha Navami), both domestic and international flights were busy as people travelled to and from Kathmandu for the celebrations.
