Cabinet decision: Govt. to present bills separating air service and regulatory bodies

Kathmandu, December 22 — T he government has decided to present two bills in Parliament, which aim to separate the roles of the air service provider and the regulatory body.

On Sunday, while announcing the decision made by the Cabinet meeting on December 19, government spokesperson Prithvi Subba Gurung announced the decision to present the bill related to the establishment and regulation of the Nepal Air Service Authority and the bill aimed at amending and integrating laws related to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) in the federal Parliament.
