Ruling Congress, UML finally take up constitution revision

Parties mull either political or non-political mechanisms. Opposition yet to come up with stance on amendment.

Five months after forming the government led by KP Sharma Oli, coalition partners Nepali Congress and CPN-UML are in the final stages of forming mechanisms to identify the areas for amending the constitution.
