Driver’s license now valid for 10 years

KATHMANDU, Aug 1: The validity of the driver’s license in Nepal has now been extended to 10 years. With the publication of the "Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts" in the Nepal Gazette, the existing five-year provision under the Motor Vehicles and Transport Management Act, 2049 BS, has been officially increased to ten years.
