BRICS Summit: Putin and Xi Arrive in Delhi with Specially Built Cars

New Delhi. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, participating in the BRICS summit currently underway in India, have arrived in New Delhi with their specially built cars equipped with security features. The discussion around Putin's 'Aurus Senat' and Xi's 'Hongqi N-701' cars has also intensified alongside the summit.

These cars are significantly different from ordinary luxury cars. They have been specially manufactured keeping in mind the security, privacy, official protocol, and national industrial capacity of the heads of state. Therefore, such cars are often referred to as 'fortresses on wheels'.
