Balen pays tribute to late Rizal in National Assembly

KATHMANDU, Sep 7: Various political leaders, government representatives and the general public have paid tributes to the late Ward Chairman of Ward-16 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

Rizal's dead body was brought to the National Assembly at 11 in the morning for funeral ceremony. His body will be taken to Pashupati Temple for his last rites.
