President Paudel insists on safeguarding political achievements

Speaking at the unveiling of Martyr Keshav Koirala’s statue in Matihani Municipality of Mahottari district on Saturday, he said, “We have restructured the state. State power has reached the people at the provincial and local levels, but the character is yet to be restructured.”
