U.S. sees more unintentional shootings by children: CBS News

NEW YORK, June 14 (Xinhua) -- A 2-year-old toddler gained access to an unsecured firearm, accidentally got shot and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital in the U.S. state of Michigan over the weekend, according to police.

The shooting came just days after a 6-year-old boy shot his baby brother twice in Detroit, Michigan, after getting access to an unattended gun, reported CBS News early this week.
