Agreement to cut down 646 trees for building trauma centre

Trivedi (Nawalparasi), Feb 4: The Department of Forest and Soil Conservation, and Devchuli municipality of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Sustapurva) district have signed an agreement to cut down trees for creating a space so that the process of establishing of a trauma centre would be accelerated. The trauma centre will be built at Devchuli municipality-17 in the district.

The recent agreement paved way to go-ahead the construction of the health facility, talked much for quite a while, according to Mayor Hari Prasad Neupane. Two hectares of land have been allocated for the trauma centre. It is the forest area near Jharahi stream of Devchuli-17.
