Curb on social network sites' anarchy essential: Minister Gurung

Kathmandu, Feb 5: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has said people were visiting the ministry with the requests to regulate the social networking sites, citing they were fueling anarchy.
