Kauchha elected UML chair in Gulmi

Gulmi, June 14: Bal Singh Kauchha has been elected the district committee chairman of CPN (UML) Gulmi by defeating Hira A.C from the voting in the 12th district convention.
Kauchha made it to the post for the second time.
