Moulaapur Municipality Faces Development Stagnation Due to Frequent Administrative Officer Changes

Janakpurdham. Frequent changes of Chief Administrative Officers in Rautahat's Moulaapur Municipality have not only hampered development work but also deprived employees of their salaries. The municipality has been without a Chief Administrative Officer at a time when the budget for the current fiscal year needs to be implemented and development plans need to be advanced.

Two administrative officers have come to Moulaapur Municipality since Asar. One of them has gone elsewhere seeking a transfer, and the other has taken voluntary retirement, leaving the municipality without a Chief Administrative Officer.
