Photo Exhibition on Karnali River held

He made this statement while speaking at the exhibition titled Karnali River: Photos from Three Countries by Nabin Baral, organised as part of the relaunch of Hashtag Photo Nepal, which originally started in 2016, and the screening of the film Sister River.
