Empowerment of all tiers of govt imperative: DPM Singh

Lumbini, Feb 16: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development, Prakash Man Singh, has said it is essential to empower all three tiers of government to enforce federalism effectively.
The laws are being made to empower federal, provincial and local levels with rights as per constitution, he informed. DPM Singh said it while addressing the main celebration function of the 66th establishment day of Butwal Sub-metropolitan city on Saturday.
