Iran Considers New Phase of Nuclear Talks, Prioritizing Sanctions Removal

Tehran. Iran has stated that it is seriously considering various aspects and perspectives for a new phase of talks with Western nations regarding its nuclear program. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ismail Baghaei provided this information while commenting on reports that talks were set to begin in Turkey during a weekly press conference held in Tehran.

According to Spokesperson Baghaei, due to past violations of agreements and betrayals by other parties in previous negotiations, Iran is giving special importance to timing and caution this time. He clarified that Iran's main priority is the removal of economic sanctions imposed by the United States. He stated that if the lifting of sanctions is assured, Iran is ready to address global concerns about its nuclear program and build an environment of trust.
