Today's weather forecast: Four provinces likely to have partial to general changes

Kathmandu, Feb 20: Presently the country has witnessed partial impacts of westerly wind and westerly low pressure system.

The weather, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, will be partly to generally cloudy in Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki provinces and fair in the rest of the provinces.
