Cloudy skies nationwide today, heavy rain expected in a few areas

Skies will generally be cloudy nationwide today. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, isolated spots in the mountain and hill regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces could see heavy rain in the afternoon.
