Kathmandu, Feb 20: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has written to the Indian Human Rights Commission, requesting to investigate the death of Nepali student, Prakriti Lamsal, at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) in Odisha, India.
