Biratnagar. Ratuwamai Municipality Ward No. 5 falls under Morang Constituency Number 4. The upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21 is naturally a topic of discussion here. This is because the voters in this area have repeatedly elected Girija Prasad Koirala in the past. Politically, this constituency is also the home base of the late Madan Bhandari, a revered leader of both the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML.
