Koshi Province Tourism Minister Outlines Plans for Development

Nearly nine years after the establishment of the Koshi Province government, officials from the ministry itself state that between 8 to 10 billion rupees have been invested in the tourism sector through the Ministry of Tourism. Despite such a volume of investment, there is widespread dissatisfaction that the tourism sector has not been able to make significant strides as expected.

Even after billions of rupees have been spent in the name of tourism, a lack of concrete and visible infrastructure is still keenly felt.
