Former PM Madhav Kumar Nepal Corruption Case Hearing Reaches Final Stage

Kathmandu. The hearing of the corruption case involving former Prime Minister and NCP Co-coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal has reached the final stage. The case has been scheduled for hearing in the bench of Special Court Chairman Vasudev Acharya and members Hemanta Rawal and Bidur Koirala.
The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a corruption case on Jestha 22, 2082, against 93 individuals, including Nepal, in the land embezzlement case of Patanjali Yogpeeth and Ayurveda Company Nepal.
