Nepali private sector flags concern over the new Electricity Bill, which has envisaged granting legal permission for energy trade, but is pending in Parliament.
Nepal Power Exchange Limited and India’s Manikaran Power Limited on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding on energy trading.
