Nepal Bar Association Raises Concerns Over Judicial Council Actions

Kathmandu. The Nepal Bar Association has expressed serious concern over questions raised about judicial governance regarding some of the activities of the Judicial Council.

In a statement issued by the association's general secretary, senior advocate Kedar Prasad Koirala, it is mentioned that such activities have shaken public trust in an independent judiciary.
