Supreme Court to not hear Gaur massacre case today

KATHMANDU, June 12: The Supreme Court failed to hear the petition related to the Gaur murder case on Monday. The case was set to be heard in the single bench of Justice Kumar Regmi, but it was postponed due to "lack of time".

On June 4, Tribhuwan Shah filed a writ petition against Rautahat Gaur District Police Office and Rautahat Gaur District Attorney's Office. The petition was also set to be heard on the 5th of June but it got postponed.
