Construction of ‘iconic’ Narayani bridge begins after an 18-month delay

The 420-metre bridge will have two 53-metre towers with a 10-metre clearance to allow vessels to pass underneath.

Construction of the long-awaited signature bridge over the Narayani river has finally begun a year and a half after the ceremonial groundbreaking of the ‘iconic bridge’.
