At Least 100 Killed in Overnight Attacks on Two Villages in Nigeria's Kwara State

Kwara State, Nigeria. Local sources reported on Wednesday that at least 100 people were killed in an attack by unknown gunmen on two villages in the central Kwara State of Nigeria late Tuesday night.

The unknown gunmen attacked the Woro and Nuku communities under the local government area of 'Kaiama' during the night and returned on Wednesday morning. They indiscriminately shot at the residents and also set fire to some houses.
