At a press conference organized at the Gharpagajong Rural Municipality office, Chairman Mohansingh Lalchan released the Gharpagajong Declaration-2083 on climate change. After the two-day Gharpagajong Climate Change Conference, which started on Tuesday, concluded today, a press conference was organized at the rural municipality office and the 49-point Gharpagajong Declaration on climate change was issued. The declaration puts forward the demand for climate justice as a core issue.
