Dhankuta, Jan 7: The Baghkhor helipad constructed at Dhanakuta Municipality-9 by the Bhimdal Battalion of the Nepali Army (NA) has been inaugurated and handed over to the Baghkhor helipad construction committee amidst a special ceremony today.
