Nepali Congress 15th General Convention Decision to be Held at Open Forum Makes All Democrats Happy

Respected President, the decision to hold the 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress at the Open Forum has made all Nepalis who believe in democracy happy. I am writing this second letter to you on the eve of the selection of convention representatives.
