Bagmati Province Government Faces Administrative Chaos Amidst Ministry Restructuring

Makwanpur. Although the Bagmati Province Government has reduced the number of ministries to 8, administrative management has become chaotic. The chaos is due to the negligence of the federal government in the transfer system and the lack of coordination in the restructuring of ministries within the province.

The provincial government has assigned three secretaries to a ministry where only one secretary's post is sanctioned. The 'Organization and Management Survey (O&M)' which was supposed to be completed by the end of Shrawan has been prolonged due to political இழுκαταπάτη and attempts to maintain balance. Although politically there are 8 ministries in the province, the administrative structure and employee management are still under the previous 14 ministries.
