Bagmati Province Government Launches 'Hello CM' Service for Citizen Grievances

Kathmandu. Through the Bagmati Province Government's 'Hello CM' service, complaints, suggestions, problems, and necessary information related to the provincial government can now be obtained. The Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' Office has stated that suggestions, complaints, and information can be obtained through the toll-free number, WhatsApp, email, or online system.

The provincial government has informed that the 'Hello CM' (Grievance Management and Citizen Dialogue) service has been made more effective and easier with the objective of directly listening to the problems, complaints, and suggestions of the citizens. According to the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' Office, Hetauda, citizens can now submit their complaints to the government from home for free using technology.
