Youth Arrested for Impersonating Prime Minister's Secretariat Member

Kathmandu. Sujan Bishwakarma reached the office of Chief District Officer Shravan Kumar Pokharel of Jhapa. Accompanied by his private secretary carrying a diary, he told the Chief District Officer on Bhadra 29, 'I am in the Prime Minister's Secretariat. I will resolve all the problems here.'

The person carrying the diary, who went with him, noted down the problems faced by the CDO in Jhapa. Then, taking the district administration's vehicle, he headed towards Haldibari Rural Municipality.
