NEA providing relief package to flood affected and missing families

Kathmandu, Sept 17: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has stepped up to support the families of workers who have gone missing due to the devastating Bhotekoshi floods. As of now, 13 hydropower projects have suffered damage while 47 employees and workers are still unaccounted for.

Anshu Kiran Shahi, a member of the Board of Directors, shared that during a recent meeting led by Minister of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, the board made the important decision to offer relief to the families of those missing.
