By A Staff Reporter, Kathmandu, Sept. 18: The report of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee on the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Bill has been presented to the House of Representatives, proposing that military service be voluntary for individuals who receive training through the National Cadet Corps.
